I, Rich Oldrieve, recognize that running cross country races after you reach Masters or Grand-Masters status can be fun, tough, scary, and a bit humbling. So feel free to write and ask questions about costs, training, and anything else you want to know about cross country team races.

Most importantly, let me know if you signed up for the Lake Erie Association team race and/or the National USTAF Team Cross Country race so I can put you on a CRRC Team that matches your age group.
